Do you remember those orange ice pops with the cream filling? I absolutely loved those growing up and those are exactly what I was thinking of when I developed this fabulous shake.
I knew however it all came together it had to be easy. Time is a commodity that I don't give away easily.
I believe that simple cooking should taste great and that is where International Delight comes in. The Fat-Free & Sugar-Free French Vanilla flavor has been my favorite lately.
Adding the creamer to this recipe in place of heavy cream, not only saves on sugar and fat grams (a nice addition), it really packs a wallop of flavor.
This Dreamy Orange Creamsicle Shake comes together in just 5 minutes and is a perfectly satisfying treat that is light on the hips.
I really try to make some smart choices to save a few fat grams here and there and this Orange Creamsicle Shake is the perfect way to save those grams so I can enjoy a treat without the guilt.
So tell me, how do you keep your self in check? What little things do you do to make a better you?
