RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM
In case you missed them, this summer I created two cheesecake salad recipes that were so popular that Summer Berry Cheesecake Salad quickly beat out our beloved Hearty Beef Soup for the #1 most popular recipe on the website.
I mean we have over 1,000 recipes so this was quite a feat. Needless to say, I have been receiving emails from our devoted cheesecake loving readers asking me to create more of these dessert sensations.
Of course it being fall, caramel apples are everywhere and I knew I had to twist those 2 flavors into a scrumptious cheesecake salad that will leave you speachless. I mean seriously, this ain't Grandma's fruit salad, that's for sure.
It all starts with a divinely light and fluffy cheesecake filling, with tart Granny Smith and sweet Gala apples folded in. I could have stopped there and been perfectly content, but I wanted to take this recipe over the top!
So, I drizzled it with caramel sauce and topped it with nutty caramel candy bar bites to create the ultimate fall cheesecake fruit salad. Move over Grandma's fruit salad, the new king of the holiday table is here.

Helpful Tips to make Snickers Caramel Apple Cheesecake Salad:
- Do not pour all of the creamer into the cream cheese at once. It will get clumpy and no matter how long you beat it, it will stay that way. Trust me on this one.
What you will need to make Snickers Caramel Apple Cheesecake Salad:
- Electric Hand Mixer - I have had this one in my kitchen forever (it seems like) at least 8 years.

Snickers Caramel Apple Cheesecake Salad
Snickers Caramel Apple Cheesecake Salad is a simple recipe that comes together with just 5 ingredients. Tart and sweet crisp apples are folded into the most rich and luxurious cheesecake filling and topped with caramel and Snickers to create an amazing fruit salad that will blow your mind! Your family will go nuts over it.
Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
- 4 medium apples, cut into bite-size pieces (I used Granny Smith and Gala)
- 20 bite-size Snickers candy bars, cut into bite-size pieces (or 3 king size)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a medium tall bowl, using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese until it becomes smooth. It may bind up in the beaters, but continue as is and it will loosen up.
- With the mixer running slowly add creamer to the cream cheese. Add it about a tablespoon at a time and then mix until it becomes a smooth mixture and all of the creamer has combined into the cream cheese.
- Continue until all of the creamer has been added to the cream cheese. Whip until smooth, light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Cut apples into bite-size pieces and add them to the cheesecake mixture. Gently fold the apples in as you add them to help prevent browning.
- Transfer apple cheesecake salad to a serving bowl. Sprinkle salad with bite-size candy bar pieces and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Chill until ready to serve or serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
DONNA'S NOTES
- Do not pour all of the creamer into the cream cheese at once. It will get clumpy and no matter how long you beat it, it will stay that way. Trust me on this one.
